Body After Baby Week 6

So last week I totally forgot to post which probably indicates how committed I was to weight loss last week ( not very much). We moved a week and a half ago and that has been my priority with everything else taking a back seat. Now moving boxes and the 2 hours of leaf raking were definitely good workouts but I haven’t done my video. In fact I have yet to find my Jillian Michael’s 30 day Shred video, it is in a box somewhere. Fortunately I am a nursing mom so I have lost 2 more pounds thanks to my baby. This week’s challenge is to get 8 hours of sleep, I wish!!!!!! I am going to try but sadly with all the unpacking left to do I am not sure I will do well this week. It is a great goal though. My personal goal for the week is to find my video and star back on the 30 day shred! How is your journey going? I would love to hear.

Oh yes and another goal is to get rid of the Halloween candy so I stop eating it!

      I hear ya on the Halloween candy! My parents have a Wii Fit so I go over and play while my mom holds the baby. So far, I’ve lost 2.5 pounds! I have 16 pounds to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight!
