   I don’t want to bring negativity to your awesome site, but call your Sears studio before you go. From the mouth of a Sears Customer Service agent at headquarters “there is no such thing as free here” Each studio is allowed to set their own “restrictions” and they will vary from day to day and studio to studio. It could be that you have to buy 1 sheet at $9.99 first or I’ve even been told 3 sheets at $9.99 each. Definitely call ahead first if you expect it to be 100% free! But again, sorry to bring negativity to your site. We had a very frustrating experience during their “free” Halloween promotion.

   Thanks for the tip Jaime I have never tried a FREE item at Sears Portrait, that is frustrating you had a bad experience especially since the coupon doesn’t mention restrictions.

   Definitely call in before you go in. I called before our session to ask about the “Free” portrait coupon and their no session fee for the whole family and they said “yes it is absolutely free”. The thing is that the session fee was free but not the “free gift” of the 10×13 portrait. Ask for all the details upfront, especially those Restrictions that apply. It would be wise to ask before you even step into the studio or else you’ll have a hard time deciding after you see your family’s photos and wanting to take them all and having to spend a fortune!
