It is no secret that I am always looking for better ways to organize myself. I start a system and inevitably ditch the system and end up in chaos. My latest attempt includes several products by Pendaflex from the PileSmart series. Right off the name appealed to me because I tend to end up with lots of piles on my desk, right next to my file folders. I received the PileSmart® Desktop Organizer Tray, which is made of durable acrylic and slightly slanted towards the back corner to keep your papers looking neat. The six colorful dividers with write and erase labels are visible from 2 sides to help clearly separate and identify your different stacks of papers. The dividers are sturdy enough to help lift your papers. I am really liking this piling system, I can still make piles but now they have labels so I know where stuff is in my piles. So far the stuff has stayed neat and those little papers that try to cause problems are being contained by PileSmart® View Folders. These clear poly folders includes write-on labeling tabs for creating customized category headings in seconds. Different tab positions keep labels visible to quickly find documents. And for groups of papers I need kept together in a more grouped fashion I use PileSmart® Binder Label Clips. The clips are designed to clip your documents together and provide a quick and easy way to label them. Simply write on the plastic label’s white surface with a ball point pen. The Plastic labels are designed to rise above the stacked documents for quick identification, holds up to 1/2″ of papers together. Overall the combination of these 3 products seem to be keeping me organized, I guess only time will tell. You can find all of these great products online at Amazon. Oh yeah!!!! I have been searching for a way to organize my papers which at this point are the bain of my existance. I am a confirmed piler. Problem is I’m constantly losing papers (sometimes important ones). Invariably I vow to become more organized and get out more folders only to find disorganized piles within a month. Maybe this will work.
