This Wednesday I will be over at the Horizon Healthy Families Community participating in a live chat and I hope you will join me! Wednesday, Jan. 18th @ 9pm EST head over to the Horizon Healthy Families Community because we will be discussing tips on keeping your kids active and healthy, while also making sure to schedule time for yourself as parents during 2012. Who doesn’t need tips on that subject, I know I do!
