I have real issues with Dentists I can not stand the sound made when they are working on my teeth and that has led me to be a bit lax in my dental health visits, but that does not mean that I don’t find them important. Merion Village Dental, a family Dental Practice near Merion and German Villages (1250 South High St.) is partnering with a non-profit organization, Dentistry from the Heart, to offer families without dental insurance dental care. This national service day is March 9 and will provide a free extraction, filling or cleaning to as many people as possible between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. This event will donate thousands of dollars in free dental care and provide much needed relief to people in the community. Dentistry from the Heart has contributed to more than 50,000 smiles—and counting.
