Congratulations to the winner #183 ChristinaLately I have been trying to workout more, I did the 30 Day Shred with some friends and we kept each other accountable on Facebook, it was great. I felt great and I was losing weight. Then the 30 days ended, the group moved on and my workout routine slowly dwindled down to nothing. As the weather improves I am trying to go for walks with my kids to keep me more active as I try to get back into a more vigorous workout routine. The problem with leaving the house to exercise is I don’t really have much in workout clothing, I have old tees and sweats and none of them should ever be worn in public.
