I just wanted to let you know about my latest obsession and I blame Gallery Direct completely. I am obsessed with Laura Gunn, her art is just perfect, I love it, my husband loves it and it looks amazing on my walls.

I have always loved art but never one particular artist and now, well I get a sort of snobbish giddyness when people ask about the art on my walls. For once I am introducing people to a great new artist and it is not an artist we can’t all love since she is readily available at Gallery Direct. And more than that I don’t have to worry my friends will suddenly all have the same thing on their walls as me because I know that mine was made custom for me and if they order a Laura Gunn piece of art from Gallery Direct it will be custom for them.

So for now I can pretend I have my own artist on commission to paint me a masterpiece for my home like the King’s and Queen’s of old. I recently received the final product of the pieces I commissioned from Laura Gunn for my kitchen and they are stunning. Stay tuned for the big reveal…maybe I will have a ribbon cutting ceremony, after all great works of art deserve great ceremony!
