Today I kept my focus on the master bedroom, one of the most neglected rooms in the house since I am hardly in there except to sleep! I focused on my jewelry, I have a lot of costume jewelry because I really love it. Most of it is hanging in my closet in jewelry bags like these but the stuff I wear the most is on my dresser either in my jewelry box or on my jewelry tree.
Today I focused on cleaning up the clutter that occurred on my dresser. Jewelry had gotten worn and then not put back in the closet and it was getting to be a big cluttered mess. I really love this Jewelry Tree from Red Envelope it not only display jewelry well but looks really pretty too! Half way through the project I knocked down a candle holder and shattered it on the floor. As I was cleaning it up I sliced open my finger, not real bad but enough to bother me so I finished the dresser top and did not get to the closet. The closet will mean lots of sorting of what to give away, I plan on doing that tomorrow.

Love the jewelry tree – I have never been a fan of those, but this looks great. Isn’t it funny how a master bedroom can get totally neglected? Ours has a bathroom in it for this side of the house so it gets more use than at our other place. I just read 11 tips or some number on how to keep a bedroom romantic. I’m trying it and one is keeping it clutter FREE!

I love my jewelry tree it looks pretty and I only keep my most worn pieces of costume jewelry on it for easy access.
