Today February 20, 2013 Smashburger is bursting onto the Columbus Ohio food scene with fresh, never frozen Angus beef hamburgers, Angus hot dogs, Haagen-Daz milkshakes and sweet potato french fries (among other things). I had the chance to visit the new Smashburger in Gahanna, Ohio before it opened and sample some food, it was delicious I even made my own Smashburger, yep grilled it myself!

The new Smashburger in Gahanna, Ohio is located at 109 North Hamilton Rd. Gahanna, Ohio 43230 and if Gahanna is not close don’t worry they have plans for a Smashburger in Westerville and then Hilliard next year!

It was really good I was shocked that I love the fried banana peppers they added!
Do they offer Turkey? Non Beef Eater..so they don’t look appetizing to me..NOw those Veggie Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and Chicken Salad do look Yummy

This post caught my attention b/c so many burger places have opened up in my area in the past couple of years, it is boggling, I wonder how many of them will last. This is truly different, and I am trying not to drool – if a smashburger came to my area, I’d be there often! I don’t know how you stay so slim! even though these all are good calories!
It’s totally random that I saw this post today. My friend and I were having a conversation about Smash Burger because he lives in Jersey and loves it and I had no idea one existed here in Ohio. I will have to try it.
