I had never heard of Irish Soda Bread until a few years back when I was in line at Panera around St Paddy’s day and they had samples out. I ended up loving it but haven’t even thought of it since! What a great reminder and there is nothing better than a tried and true recipe. I might just have to give this a whirl! Thanks for sharing!
