That’s right I am once again doing the 30 Day Shred and I want you to join me! I had such great results last time that I am using it to kickstart losing the baby weight. I will be starting January 2 and go for 30 straight days. That is the key to doing this you must not take breaks or it will not be effective and it will be much harder!

I find the key to success is accountability so I am giving it to you. Every day I will post on Facebook and when you have done your workout chime in to let me know you did it. I shared my tips for getting the best results from your 30 Day Shred after my last time doing it.
