Having Fun with Moon Dough

Since I have been laid up by this surgery it has been crazy trying to keep the kids occupied and not missing mommy. The Moon Dough Barn arrived just in time as a new a novel form of entertainment. We had Moon Sand in the past and it is a strictly outdoors activity. I hated the mess even though my kids loved it we went back to good old play doh. Now along comes Moon Dough and it is a major improvement on Moon Sand, dare I say we love it! Here are some of the reasons we love the new Moon Dough. It never dries out, that’s right is seriously never dries out. I can not tell you how much play dog we have wasted because the lid was not on tight and it dried up. It cleans up very easily even form carpet. Moon Dough is also hypo-allergenic and wheat free. The Barn is adorable! My girls had so much fun making the animals and it is something they can actually do by themselves. I have a feeling santa will be buying some of the other Moon Dough activity centers because my girls had that much fun with it. You can purchase Moon Dough at Target, Walmart, Toy R us, Amazon and many more.

Shoe Spectacular: Reebok ZigEnergy Giveaway (end 9/9)

I was sent a pair of RunTone shoes to test out and they are just as fabulous as the EasyTone. The RunTone shoes is meant to simulate running on the sand through the use of air packs which move and make you muscles work twice as hard. Now you don’t need to be on vacation to get a great run in. I tried out these shoes and am really impressed it is amazing the technology Reebok has been able to come up with to help improve workouts.

Shoe Spectacular: Umi Children’s Shoes

Umi is another great maker of children’s shoes. They offer fashion forward choices and are one of the few places I have found knee high kids boots. My oldest daughter had a pair last year and they looked adorable with tights and all her Fall and Winter dresses. Since I live in knee high boots my daughter loved being just like mommy. This year they have another fabulous collection for Fall including some great knee high boots once again. Both the Traverse and the Odessa boots look fabulous. Umi sent the Ballerina the Mary Jane style Taffeta shoes in brown. This adorable shoe is very versatile and can be worn with almost anything making it a good choice for your little girl. B Nature Organic Clothing for Babies

I love organic fabrics for both me and my family. My kids have very sensitive skin so organic fabrics are much better for them to wear plus I always find them very sensitive for my delicate little girls. When I discovered B Nature I was excited by the adorable organic clothing they offered for little ones. I absolutely adore the bodysuit with skirt in pink pointell, so cute!!!! I know Little C would look adorable in it and it retails for just $24. I received an adorable little pink pointell top and I can attest that the fabric is soft and luxurious for your baby and the quality of product is top notch. If you have a baby shower coming up B Nature has some fabulous gift sets that anyone would love.

Shoe Spectacular: Saint Francis Couture Giveaway (ends 9/3)

Saint Francis Couture designs and manufactures high fashion, animal friendly shoes, accessories, and they are now introducing apparel. The company’s founder and designer is Tere Albanese. Tere is a vegetarian who eats nothing with a face or heart and refuses to wear anything made from animals. She is a former hair stylist and high school English teacher. “I thought the world needed some high fashion, moderately priced, comfortable, but sexy, shoes and accessories that were cruelty free,” said Tere. “So I started drawing. Saint Francis must have helped me because I had no idea how to draw.” The company is named after Saint Francis, who is the patron saint of animals. Her first line is the Africa Collection, which honors African Wildlife.

When I first discovered Saint Francis Couture I was very excited by the stylish shoes and I love Saint Francis so I was thrilled when they agreed to be a part of the Shoe Spectacular. I received the African Pump with 3″ heel. I was so excited when I opened the box and saw these shoes with a matching purse ( I love to match my accessories) and the shoes are gorgeous. Sadly they were a half size too small so when your order take that into account! They generously sent me a bigger size and I wore then the next day to church. I love the fabulous African feel and the tie that wraps around the ankle, they look fantastic on! Did I mention how reasonably priced these shoes are? The African Pump with 3″ heel retails for just $42, a steel. I have been perusing the website and the Sexy Cinch Waist Jacket is on my must have list for Fall and it is just $59! That jacket with the heels and a pair of skinny jeans, look out hot mama coming!
