This week instead of Transformation Tuesday I thought I would share my grocery list. I shop on Tuesday mornings because I am very lucky. My mother takes the toddler while baby and I go shopping relatively stress free. So grandma gets special time with her grandchild and mommy gets to be less distracted while shopping. A win-win for everybody.
I am pretty well stocked on main dishes meat wise due to the recent great deals in which I have filled my freezer so the goal is to spend as little as possible to round out the meals. Stocking up o good deals is really starting to pay off for me. So here is the plan I will post later to tell you exactly how I did.
Meijer:
Aunt Millie’s cracked wheat bread ($.55)
Peaches ($.99/lb)
Grand’s Biscuits (2/$.94)
Chex Mix ($.25)
Louis Kemp imitation crab (2/$2.99)
softsoap ($.29)
Capri Sun (4/$7)
I will get a coupon for $3 off my next purchase
Giant Eagle ( I have a $5.00 off next purchase coupon)
milk
soy milk
eggs
refried beans
Here are the meals we are having this week:
Pot roast
Crab and vegetable stir fry
